GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

The association has a three-tier governance structure; the general assembly, the national executive council and the national executive committee mandated by the supreme constitution. The general assembly is the highest policy and decision making body and consists of all registered members in good standing. The national executive council consists of the national executive committee and all ten (10) regional representatives and the administrative secretary and is charged with the business and administration of the association between meetings of the association. The national executive committee is elected for a period of three (3) years and is also charged with the business and administration of the association between meetings of the national executive council provided that decisions at the executive meetings shall be ratified by the national executive council at its next meeting
